James is unlikely to see these picks come to fruition, so he might favor swapping them for upgrades now. However, he told Amick that it wasn’t his job to make deals.
“Listen, I play games,” said James. “I worry about who is in the locker room.
James has more say in team movements than the typical NBA player, but it’s up to ownership and the front office to get any improvement.
