New Zealand boxing sensation Joseph Parker hopes that if the ‘Gypsy King’ defeats Oleksandr Usyk in a unification fight, he will be able to face heavyweight champion and best friend Tyson Fury.
Parker (30-3, 21KOs) is on the undercard for Chris Eubank Jr v Liam Smith. The New Zealander will face Jack Massey (20-1, 11KOs) in the latter’s heavyweight debut, promoted from cruiserweight.

It’s an important match for Parker as he looks to regain momentum in his world title fight after being stopped by Joe Joyce last September.
Parker, 31, knows he’ll have to get past Massey first before he can think about what’s ahead, but Parker believes his dream match with Fury is both professional and financial. I hope it will come true.
Parker even believes that if he asks the “Gypsy King” to pause their friendship in order to exchange blows in the ring, he’ll entertain it.
Parker told Ben Damon on a TV show, “If I said to Tyson, ‘Hey, let’s put our friendship aside and fight’, I think he’d consider it.” main event boxing podcast.
