SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — With DeAndre Hunter and John Collins each scoring 22 points, the Atlanta Hawks beat the Sacramento Kings 120-117 Wednesday night to stop four games.
Collins also grabbed 12 rebounds as Atlanta bounced back after a 143-141 double-overtime loss at Golden State Monday night, with Trae Young and Dejounte Murray each scoring 21 points.
The Hawks trailed 117-113 with 1:16 remaining. However, Young scored a layup and a foul shot, and Murray scored his two free throws and a layup to end the game in Atlanta’s 7–0 lead.
Sacramento had the ball in the final seconds, but Dearon Fox had Onyeka Okongwu block a floater and Domantas Sabonis also missed a jumper.
The Hawks dropped 5 of 6.
Fox led Sacramento with 25 points. Kevin Harter made his four 3-pointers for him to score 24 and Harrison Barnes scored his 22. Sabonis said he had 20 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists.
The Kings were 25-for-25 at the free-throw line, but Sabonis missed a pair in the final minute.

Hawks: C Clint Capela was ruled out before the game with a strained right calf. … Young and coach Nate McMillan received a technical foul with 2:54 remaining in the second quarter.
Kings: Sabonis recorded his 15th consecutive double-double, tying DeMarcus Cousins for the longest double-double streak in franchise history. His 28 double-doubles lead the NBA this season.
