GUNTER — The Pottsboro Lady Cardinals beat Gunter 52-36 to end the first half of the Division 11-3A game, with Bleilly Simpson scoring 15 points.

With nine points from Ally Malone, eight from Palin Reed and six from Addison Frye, Pottsboro (23-3, 6-0) travel to Blue Ridge on Tuesday night.

Gunther (20-8, 4-1) will face third-placed Bells on Tuesday night.

Howe 52, Leonard 34

At Leonard, the 4th-ranked Lady Bulldogs defeated 5th-ranked Leonard in 11-3A action, with Kendall Griffin scoring 16 points.

At Sadler, the 4th-ranked Lady Rams lost to the 2nd-ranked Ponder in their districts.
