Billericay middleweight prospect George Liddard has signed a multi-fight promotional deal with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing.
The 20-year-old Essex native perfected his paid ranks by stopping Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Nikola Matic in two rounds on the undercard of Dillian White’s clash with Jermaine Franklin at Wembley’s OVO Arena last November. got off to a great start.
As an amateur, Liddard represented Billericay and Wickford ABC, winning four national titles and two international gold medals in an impressive stint before deciding to turn professional last year.
