The Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame announced the 2023 Hall of Fame classes on Friday.
Twenty-four honorees will be inducted into the Fighter, Contributor, Pioneer and Posthumously Hall of Fame during the 7th Annual Awards and Hall of Fame Weekend from September 19th to October 19th. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino #1 in Atlantic City.
“We are extremely excited to have been inducted into this newest class of inductees into the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame for 2023, and this highly respected group of individuals who have helped make Atlantic City a known boxing mecca around the world. We are very much looking forward to honoring ACBHOF,” said ACBHOF President Ray McCline in the release.
Two-time former heavyweight champion George Foreman, Shannon Briggs, David Tua, Pinklon Thomas, Tracy Harris Patterson, Doug DeWitt, Darrol Wilson, Shamon Alvarez and Jamilia Lawrence. Adopted as Fighters.
