The New York Yankees’ removal of Aroldis Chapman from the American League Division Series roster last October signaled the flamethrower’s tenure in the organization was coming to an end.
The New York Post’s Jon Heyman suggested Tuesday that free agent Chapman will play for a team other than the Yankees this season.

After finishing the 2022 season with a 69-93 record, Chapman will soon be upgraded in the Marlins’ bullpen, which has already signed former Philadelphia Phillies infielder Gene Segura.
