Jacksonville, FL- The Jacksonville University women’s basketball program played Saturday afternoon at Swisher Gymnasium against the Liberty Flames. JU fought but failed to finish. Flames won the contest 65-53.
To kick off the game, the two programs traded points for much of the first quarter. senior jackson I started early for the Dolphins. Jalissa Dunlap I shot a short jumper to move myself. In the second quarter, the Flames outscored his Dolphins, he went 15-6.
In the third quarter, the Dolphins came back with a spark. The Dolphins fought to cut their lead to five. Jacksonville outscored the Flames his 17-16. Jackson continued to dominate from the paint.2 free throws and 1 layup in final quarter Delena Gillard Reduced the deficit to 10.
