TORONTO, Jan. 13, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Today, Vaughn Martin and Scholars Education CEO Matt Baxter officially join forces, making Martin the newest franchise owner of the Scholars family at the Scholars of High Park location in Toronto became.
