NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Arlacher is suing a Houston-based hair transplant company for allegedly using his likeness without his permission.
The lawsuit was filed in October, reports the Chicago Sun-Times. Urlacher alleged that the Houston Hair Transplant Center used his own personal story about hair transplants on its website to make it look like he used the service.
“The posting led potential patients to believe that Mr. Urlacher was associated with defendant Houston Hair or was receiving restorative treatment from defendant,” the lawsuit states.
Instead, the legendary Chicago Bears defender used the follicular unit extraction method and had Restore do the steps. In January 2016, Arlacher was seen to have his hair completely grown back after going bald throughout his NFL career.

Urlacher was known for his bald appearance during his 13 years in Windy City. However, during an appearance on WGN Morning News, he had his hair full and explained his procedure.
“For a year I wore a hat everywhere I went,” he told WGN News. I couldn’t show my hair
Urlacher, who didn’t mind being bald, was shown the procedure by a friend and finally decided it suited him.
