Despite fighting three times in 2021, Parker has struggled to secure regular matches in recent years.
In 2022, Parker only fought once, and was the same in 2019 and 2020, marked with an asterisk for the COVID-19 pandemic.
But Higgins said Parker is ready to fight as often as he can.
“His instructions [that] He wants to fight as often as possible, five or six times a year,” he continued.

Meanwhile, Higgins said Parker would cut his job against the 29-year-old Massey, despite having a clear theoretical advantage over him.
Massey boasts a 20-1 professional record, having lost just one in 2019 against Richard Liakpoule.
However, all of these wins have been at the cruiserweight level, representing Parker’s first steps into the heavyweight ranks.
For Higgins, stepping up to heavyweight gives Massey the opportunity to emulate some of the sport’s most famous names, including current IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion Usik.
