Looking at the list so far, it looks like this:
Edwin Diaz, who hasn’t been on the list since checking in at No. 4 in 2019, not only returned to the top 10, but also took over the top spot following a notable campaign in 2022. He was joined by his five other rookies and Emmanuel Clase moved him up two places to take second place.
