Sunday Night Football’s regular season finale featured two teams that didn’t make it to the playoffs, but it still wasn’t all that exciting. Charles Robinson & Frank Schwab kick off their Regular season Sunday night finale podcast reacting to the Detroit Lions’ 20-16 victory over Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.

Charles and Frank discuss the trickle-down effect of this loss that sent the Seattle Seahawks into the playoffs, the remaining NFC playoff seeds, and the Chicago Bears, who won the first pick in April’s draft.

Later in the show, they’ll focus on the AFC seed, whether Kansas City’s No. 1 seed is fair, whether the Los Angeles Chargers’ loss confounds with an emotional Buffalo Bills win.

Closing the show, they reacted to the Houston Texans firing head coach Robbie Smith after just one season, the second time they’ve fired a first-year head coach.
