Few sports are more subjective than ranking the greatest players of all time. It’s a thankless job to make sure you keep a huge number of fans away. The latest such exercise by the NFL Network has earned the Pittsburgh Steelers fan base the best Super Bowl quarterbacks of all time, leaving both Terry Bradshaw and Ben Roethlisberger out of the top 10. It attracted attention.
Author Greg Rosenthal uses the idea of ranking all quarterbacks who have played in the Super Bowl, but based it on their career, not just their Super Bowl performance. An interesting metric to say the least.

Roethlisberger checked in in 15th place, with Bradshaw two places behind him in 17th. This alone might be enough to infuriate many Steelers fans. You won’t win, but you’ll only make things worse.
