Michigan football star Blake Colm reported his car was stolen in the city of Ann Arbor earlier this month.
Corum reported to police that his 2017 Chevrolet Camaro covered snow camouflage, including the BC2 logo, was missing.
Some of Corum’s personal possessions were also in the car, including an All-American football helmet and other Michigan football items.
According to local police records, the car was removed from an Ann Arbor parking lot between January 13th and January 16th.
Corum tweeted that his parents bought the car “using their hard-earned money” and that he never bought it with his NIL-related earnings.
Corum says he makes a profit from his NIL contract, donating half of the proceeds to offensive linemen and various community projects.
The player finished his Banner Jr. campaign at Michigan rushing for 1,463 yards and 18 touchdowns, finishing seventh in Heisman Trophy voting.
That stellar performance was cut short by a late-season knee injury Corum suffered in a game against Illinois.
He had knee surgery on December 2 after Michigan defeated Ohio State in the regular season finale.
Corum has announced that he will return to Michigan for the 2023 football season.
“I’m Michigan at heart,” he told Rich Eisen.
“I love playing at the University of Michigan. I love going to the big houses and leaving everything on the field. I love the community interacting with everyone.”
