TORONTO — Last week the NFL Playoffs once again topped the list among Proline bettors, but one customer bet big on football.
According to Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp., bettors won $1,574 after betting $5 on a six-pick soccer parlay. Another one he received a payout of $3,165 after he wagered $20 on a nine-leg mixed sports parley.
Then on April 10th, another bettor put $50 on the Philadelphia Eagles winning the NFC title. That bet resulted in a payout of $1,000 after the Eagles advanced to the Super Bowl by tearing down the San Francisco 49ers 31-7 on Sunday.
The Philadelphia-San Francisco match was the second ranked event for the Proline, after the AFC title match between Kansas City and Cincinnati. The Toronto Maple Leafs ranked him 3rd and 5th against the New York Islanders and Washington Capitals respectively, and he was 4th against the Toronto Raptors-Golden State Warriors.
60% of bettors saw Philadelphia beat San Francisco and 68% saw the Eagles -1.5. In the contest, he also scored under 33% (44.5 points).
The Chiefs earned their third Super Bowl berth in five years with a 23-20 home victory over Cincinnati. Only 36% of his bettors were down 2.5 points for Kansas City, but 42% of the time the club won the match.

The Raptors beat the Portland Trail Blazers 123-105 on Saturday night, with 57% of bettors scoring Toronto with a plus 4.5 points. In 52% the club won outright.
