When it comes to wildcards, I start with two strong beliefs. By the time you read this, it may already have been proven positive, or exposed as a whole pile of fuha.
1) The rookie quarterback scares me.
Brock Purdy was phenomenal.
He may be a rookie, or the last pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, but he’s racked up tons of miles since college. With the finishing kick, he was nothing short of his saver of the season for the 49ers.
