Clearly, something special is happening in the Montreal Canadiens' locker room right now.

Unlike some teams, like the New York Rangers, the atmosphere is absolutely phenomenal, and it is very clear on the ice.

The Canadiens have climbed to a serious position to hope to make the playoffs this season, notably thanks to a record of 8 wins and 2 losses in their last 10 games.

Just last night, Montreal surprised everyone again, this time by defeating the powerful Washington Capitals, the best team in the entire National Hockey League this season.

(tied with the Vegas Golden Knights) No need to tell you that the atmosphere was at its best last night in the locker room following the victory over Alex Ovechkin and his team.

Images from the Montreal Canadiens' return to the locker room As you can see in the comments section, fans always appreciate it when the Habs post a video like this after a win, and here is one from last night: Notably, we see an exceptional gesture from head coach Martin St-Louis, who stays there and makes sure to congratulate each of his players individually.

It's rare to see this in the NHL, but that's Martin St-Louis! We can also spot goaltender Jakub Dobes, who was once again very solid last night, and he received a nice mention from Kaiden Guhle, who ultimately awarded the famous glasses of the game to captain Nick Suzuki.

Suzuki is the one who gave the team the win, in overtime no less! What a performance once again from our Habs.
